Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking amount is required to secure your date. Full payment is due on the day of the service. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund minus the booking amount. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the booking amount. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Trial Sessions

Trial sessions must be scheduled at least 3 days before the event. Trials are not refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.

Travel & Location

Travel charges apply for locations outside our standard service area. The client is responsible for providing a suitable setup space.

We use high-quality products suited to your skin type. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions. Please inform us of any known allergies during consultation.
